Performance Trainer – Digital Marketing (Remote, Night Shift)

About the role

Outsourcey is looking for a Performance Trainer to own onboarding and technical skill development for Level 1 campaign execution roles across Paid Media, SEO, and Organic Social. This full‑time remote position works night‑shift hours (11 pm – 7 am) and supports a leading US digital‑marketing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Paid Media, SEO, and Organic leaders to document and standardise current ramp practices.
• Extract best practices and tribal knowledge, then build a structured, centralised training curriculum.
• Maintain SOPs, create certification checkpoints, and transition training ownership to the Support Center.
• Deliver platform‑specific training on Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, GSC, and organic‑social workflows.
• Develop platform certifications, reduce execution error rates, and improve QA accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Director of Support and Support Managers on workforce ramp planning and quality‑trend monitoring.

Required profile

• Passion for teaching complex technical concepts in a clear, simple way.
• Strong focus on execution quality, precision, and measurable ramp programs.
• Comfortable working in KPI‑driven, structured environments.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and departments.
• Systemic thinker with experience in process and curriculum design.
