People Services Specialist (HR Specialist)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a People Services Specialist to deliver HR operational services such as onboarding, records management, off‑boarding and support for discipline and grievance processes. You will act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee onboarding, including documentation, pre‑boarding coordination and system updates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital, in line with local regulations.
• Execute off‑boarding procedures, prepare separation documents, coordinate exit interviews and process final pay.
• Provide administrative support for discipline and grievance cases, preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies, onboarding, records and basic procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in HR administration, HR operations or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with strong academic performance may be considered).
• Basic understanding of HR principles and familiarity with Philippine labor laws is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or local HRIS platforms.
