About the role

The People & Performance Generalist I supports a wide range of human‑resources activities, acting as a trusted liaison between employees and management. This entry‑level position helps implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support across compensation, manpower planning, performance management, and policy administration.
• Handle employee relations, act as a liaison, and offer management consultation.
• Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Support the administration of compensation systems and benefit programs.
• Manage day‑to‑day People & Culture processes such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Entry‑level professional with strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of benefit plans, management practices, and employment laws.
• Public‑speaking capability and solid problem‑resolution skills.
• Ability to handle conflict and adhere to attendance and schedule requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite during North‑America night‑shift hours (Manila night shift) and undergo project‑specific training.
