People Partner

About the role

The People Partner serves as the primary escalation point for line managers and employees on HR systems and processes, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end employee experience. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support onboarding, payroll, leave, travel, exits and employee relations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, job moves and exit employee engagement.
• Coach and support line managers on employee experience matters.
• Oversee local People Experience sprint pipeline and project delivery.
• Handle benefits and payroll administration queries.
• Lead employee‑relations initiatives for partnered functions.
• Create, maintain and update People policies and processes.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities across People Experience.
• Support the local HR strategic agenda.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and resilience.
• Deep knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment legislation.
• Experience in employee relations, mediations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Relevant local education qualification.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Broad experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with HR systems and third‑party providers.
