People Operations Specialist (Manila)

About the role

LawAdvisor is seeking a People Operations Specialist to act as a Process Guardian, ensuring that our work environment—both physical and virtual—empowers the team and aligns with our human‑centered design principles. You will lead key initiatives across the employee lifecycle, mentor junior team members, and drive innovative HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale core People Operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the People Operations team.
• Design and pilot solutions for complex HR challenges and new project deployments.
• Serve as the go‑to expert on labour laws, employee insurance, and payroll matters.
• Champion company values and set behavioural standards for the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour legislation and employee benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
