PC Technician – Computer Hardware Repair

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated PC Technician to join our IT support team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computers, laptops, accessories and UPS units. The successful candidate will work primarily on-site and may be required to cover night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and related accessories.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on UPS systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with other technical staff to resolve complex equipment problems.
• Provide timely support while working with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience repairing computers, laptops and UPS units.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle responsibilities independently.
• Strong organizational skills and a trustworthy attitude.
