Payroll Delivery Operations Senior

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Payroll Delivery Operations professional in Taguig (requisition 1736103, EY grade Senior, Rank 42). The role works closely with the operations lead and partners with global EY internal payroll teams to deliver payrolls on time, with the quality and service levels agreed with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the operations lead on daily activities such as project management, escalation resolution and payroll governance
• Ensure payrolls meet contractual timeliness, quality and service level requirements
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures
• Handle client escalations and advise the payroll leadership team on potential risks
• Manage communications between clients and local EY teams
• Assist with contracting requirements such as variations in scope, change request notes and prime sub memos
• Help prepare monthly budgets and issue invoices
• Report regularly to clients on agreed SLAs and prepare annual calendars for global payroll clients
• Maintain client and local team access to engagement platforms and prepare consolidated reports such as monthly consolidated tax files
• Resolve issues with local teams, maintain issue logs, and consolidate quarterly stock vesting information for clients
• Prepare project plans, weekly status updates and ad hoc requests

Required profile

• Previous experience in a relevant payroll environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• 3+ years of payroll coordination across APAC countries (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam) preferred
