Patient Journey Partner (Hospital Sales) - Oncology

About the role

Roche is hiring a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) for its Oncology (Lung / Liver) field sales role in Metro Manila. The PJP is a field-based commercial position at the centre of Roche's customer engagement model, directly accountable for driving business performance and revenue by partnering with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. The role covers two field-based, patient-focused opportunities: Metro Manila and Metro Manila North (Central Luzon), and is open only to candidates eligible to live and work in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary field-based point of contact for healthcare professionals in your service delivery network (SDN), managing key accounts to meet short- and mid-term KPIs.
• Develop and run an SDN plan through regular, high-impact customer engagements, analysing insights to improve strategies and find new collaboration opportunities.
• Implement an omnichannel strategy using digital platforms and tools to create a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate the clinical merits of Roche's products truthfully and in balance, supporting their appropriate use and full lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to co-create solutions that deliver better patient outcomes.
• Work with Medical, Marketing, Digital and Access teams to bring the right expertise and resources to customers.

Required profile

• Healthcare professional qualification and/or university degree in life sciences; an advanced degree in Life Sciences or an MBA is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, commercial or account management for government or major hospital accounts, or equivalent.
• Full eligibility to live and work in the Philippines.
• Expert-level knowledge of oncology (lung or liver) and patient journey mapping; lung or liver product experience preferred.
• Ability to engage specialists and partners such as TAEs, patient advocacy groups and medical societies is highly desired.
