About the role
This part‑time position supports a Melbourne‑based podiatry practice by managing its practice‑management software, billing processes and appointment scheduling. The role is fully remote, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 PHT.
Key responsibilities
- Review and optimise Cliniko usage to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Develop templates, workflows and policies for better system adoption.
- Manage integrated billing processes, prepare invoices, reconcile payments and maintain secure financial records.
- Coordinate with external organisations to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain structured appointment scheduling, set up reminders, recalls and follow‑up communications.
- Monitor administrative deadlines and address scheduling issues promptly.
- Provide general administration support, including file organisation, data entry and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure client records comply with privacy and data‑protection requirements.
- Prepare practice data for monitoring, planning and compliance reporting.
Required profile
- Experience in business administration, systems optimisation or allied‑health practice support.
- Familiarity with practice‑management software (Cliniko preferred) and billing systems (Medicare).
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero.
- Background in the allied‑health or healthcare sector.
- Experience mapping or documenting work processes.

What we offer
- Monthly salary of PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000
