About the role

ACMobility is seeking a Parts Ordering and Supply Specialist to manage spare parts ordering, supply planning, and inventory replenishment within the Aftersales Department. The role ensures parts availability through demand analysis, procurement coordination, and shipment tracking while supporting service continuity and minimizing supply disruptions.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and lead times to develop effective parts ordering and replenishment strategies.
  • Manage spare parts ordering, allocation, and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor backorders, shortages, and supply risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels.
  • Track inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics, customs brokers, and warehouse teams for timely clearance and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movements, and order records.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and certification requirements for spare parts.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure and maintain required permits and approvals.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assess impact on parts importation and distribution.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Aftersales teams to resolve supply and inventory issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for dealers regarding order status, shipment updates, and supply concerns.
  • Prepare and analyze supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment reports to support decision‑making.
  • Identify supply chain risks and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and business continuity.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, procurement, and logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of importation processes and regulatory compliance (advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
