Partner Account Manager

About the role

RingCentral is looking for a Partner Account Manager in Manila to drive the success of its channel partners. You will support and enable partners in selling and building strategic relationships, deliver sales enablement and help partners get the resources they need to achieve mutual revenue and growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with channel partners as the main point of contact for strategy and support.
• Educate partners on RingCentral's UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, value proposition and competitive differentiation.
• Develop joint business plans covering revenue targets, marketing initiatives and training needs.
• Sell and manage a full range of RingCentral products and services with channel partners.
• Promote adoption of RingCentral's sales tools, resources and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with partners to find and pursue sales opportunities, with hands-on support in the sales process.
• Run joint customer calls, presentations and demos to win new business.
• Lead qualification and sales pipeline management, negotiate pricing and agreements, and deliver ongoing training for partners.

Required profile

• 3 years of sales experience in outbound and/or inbound sales.
• Experience in channel, B2B sales or account management.
• Preferred: vocational diploma, short course certificate, bachelor's degree in business studies, administration, management, marketing, advertising/media or mass communications; undergraduates with relevant work experience will be accommodated.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, excellent oral and written English, and good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Amenable to working night shifts.
