Part-Time Remote System Administrator

About the role

Sozoroad is seeking a part‑time System Administrator to work remotely from the Visayas region. In this role you will ensure that the company’s internal tools, platforms and networks run smoothly, supporting both leadership and technical teams. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, configuring and enhancing systems to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning and integration of internal systems and platforms.
• Configure user permissions, access levels and cross‑platform integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system‑level and network‑related issues.
• Collaborate with the Backend Software Developer on overlapping tools and workflows.
• Assist with technical roll‑outs, basic networking setups and remote‑access configurations.
• Monitor system usage, identify workflow‑streamlining opportunities and document configurations.
• Stay updated on new product features and apply best practices across the tool ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Highly organized, resourceful and able to take ownership of internal tech operations.
• Comfortable navigating admin panels, integrations and technical settings.
