Part-Time Membership & Partnerships Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated part‑time Membership & Partnerships Consultant to help expand our recurring membership base and secure corporate wellness partnerships for Spartans Boxing Club. You will work on‑site in our premium fitness studio, enjoy free access to the facilities, and benefit from uncapped commission and genuine growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage and convert new individual members for recurring memberships.
• Identify and develop corporate wellness partnership opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Promote the club’s services and events to prospective customers.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and personable with a passion for fitness and boxing.
• Proven experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to work part‑time on‑site in Quezon City.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
