Paralegal – Legal & Compliance Support

About the role

The Paralegal will provide essential legal and compliance support to the organization’s lawyers and regulatory teams. This role combines document drafting, research, and administrative duties to ensure smooth legal operations and effective compliance management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lawyers in drafting contracts, legal documents, and correspondence under supervision.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare presentation materials and reports.
• Prepare for meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage and organize records, documents, and schedules to support the Legal and Regulatory Compliance (LRC) unit.
• Provide administrative, clerical, and logistics support to lawyers and other business units as required.
• Perform other duties related to legal and compliance functions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum college graduate.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the MOA Complex in Pasay City.
