Paralegal

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Paralegal to lead our fraud detection and prevention efforts. The role combines analytical expertise with a strong understanding of risk management to protect the organization from fraudulent activities.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and coordinate implementation of fraud detection technologies and rules, and support development of risk management policies.
• Monitor and analyze transactions, driver and customer behavior to identify fraud signals and optimize control processes.
• Prepare periodic reports on fraud trends, effectiveness of controls, and conduct internal training on fraud recognition.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inspection, Business Development, IT and Legal teams to investigate suspected fraud cases and propose handling and recovery measures.
• Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and recommend preventive measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in technology or transportation.
• Strong analytical ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
