Paid Upskilling Program: Salesforce to SAP C4C Consultant

About the role

GECO Asia is offering a paid upskilling program that enables experienced Salesforce CRM consultants to transition into SAP C4C roles. The 4–6 week fully remote training prepares participants for real‑world project deployment, after which they will be placed on hybrid client projects in Alabang.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured 4–6 week paid training program covering SAP C4C, SAP SD and SAP CRM fundamentals.
• Develop both functional and technical capabilities required for SAP consulting.
• Participate in client project deployments upon successful completion of training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
• Continuously adapt and apply newly acquired SAP knowledge to deliver value to clients.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce CRM Consultant, SAP SD Consultant, or SAP CRM Consultant.
• Strong willingness to learn SAP C4C and shift career focus.
• Demonstrated adaptability, professionalism and eagerness to work in a hybrid setup.
• Basic ABAP knowledge is highly preferred.
