Paid Ads Team Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional results and shaping powerful strategies for some of the country’s most recognizable and fastest‑growing brands. In this role you will lead high‑impact campaigns, mentor a team of specialists, and drive measurable business outcomes for top‑tier clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor SLA adherence, optimise workflows, manage timelines and team capacity.
• Set campaign standards based on data, A/B testing and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure client budgets are managed wisely with strong ROI.
• Provide regular feedback, conduct reviews and foster team development.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration and champion inclusion, transparency and ethical leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years hands‑on experience managing large‑scale paid media campaigns.
• 2+ years in a leadership or senior digital marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Makati.
• Strong grasp of metrics, KPIs and conversion tracking.
