Packaging Supervisor

About the role
The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all packaging operations, ensuring production runs efficiently, maintaining high quality standards, and complying with safety regulations. This role coordinates schedules, maintenance programs, and personnel to achieve optimal output.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage packaging operations to ensure efficient production.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet product standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Schedule production runs and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Lead, train, and supervise packaging staff to maintain performance levels.
Required profile
- Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineer.
- At least five years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory position.
