Owner – Family Law Practice

About the role

Atlanta Holistic Family Law is seeking an Owner to lead the firm’s strategic direction and daily operations. This full‑time, on‑site position in Metro Cebu will guide a client‑centered, non‑litigation practice, ensuring high‑quality service while fostering growth and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall firm operations, strategic planning, and business development.
• Manage and mentor staff, set performance expectations, and maintain efficient workflows.
• Supervise case management, review legal documents, and promote mediation and collaborative law processes.
• Handle financial oversight, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead marketing, community outreach, and client relationship activities to strengthen the firm’s presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in family law or a closely related legal field, with strong knowledge of mediation and collaborative law.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management abilities, including staff supervision and team culture development.
• Solid business management skills such as budgeting, strategic planning, and process optimization.
• Excellent client communication, active listening, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Metro Cebu.
