Outbound Telemarketing Officer (Remote)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Outbound Telemarketing Officer to join its remote team in the Philippines. In this role you will engage prospective customers through outbound calls, understand their needs and set up appointments for our clients’ products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Present product and service information clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects and handle objections professionally.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales or a similar role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of telemarketing regulations and data‑privacy compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software to manage customer data.
