About the role
The Organizational Development Manager will lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of San Miguel Foods' organization and people development strategies. This senior HR role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, succession readiness, and employee engagement across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, including assessment, design, and development interventions aligned with business strategy.
- Drive learning and development strategy by overseeing leadership, functional, and behavioral programs.
- Manage succession and career development, ensuring strong leadership pipelines and structured talent reviews.
- Champion performance management, engagement, and culture transformation initiatives.
- Lead change management projects to ensure people readiness and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee governance, partnership, and collaboration with HR teams to integrate OPD strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in organization, people & culture development, learning, and talent management.
- Proven experience leading teams, facilitating change, and partnering with business leaders.
- Experience in a food manufacturing set‑up is a plus.
