Optical Assistant Spanish Bilingual

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a remote Optical Assistant who is fluent in both Spanish and English. You will support customers throughout their online eyewear purchase journey, ensuring accurate prescription handling and a smooth ordering experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with account registration, website navigation, and order completion in Spanish and English.
• Guide shoppers in selecting frames and lens options that match style and prescription needs.
• Read, interpret, and verify vision prescriptions to guarantee correct lens production.
• Check real‑time inventory, suggest alternatives when items are out of stock, and manage order tracking.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, returns, exchanges, and refunds following company procedures.
• Communicate order updates, delays, and tracking details to set clear expectations.
• Log all interactions, account updates, and cases accurately in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Collect customer feedback and forward insights to marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Ability to read and explain optical prescriptions, lens types, and frame measurements.
• Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud or a comparable enterprise CRM for case management.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Commitment to data privacy and security when handling payment and personal information.
