Operations Supervisor

About the role

The DSI Operations (SPCI) Supervisor leads key operational support functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted plant operations. This role oversees SAP transaction processing, material availability, documentation control, audit readiness, safety compliance, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise SAP transactions (PR, PO, reservations, service entries) and ensure timely, accurate processing of operational requests.
• Monitor availability of operational supplies, PPE, and chemicals; coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and suppliers.
• Track and manage job requests, repairs, and service activities with proper documentation.
• Identify training needs, coordinate departmental training programs, and ensure documentation of completed training.
• Oversee document control processes, including creation, revision, archiving, and compliance with audit requirements.
• Prepare and validate KPI, audit, and operational monitoring reports; maintain accurate, retrievable records.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising operational support activities in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP processes related to procurement and operations.
• Ability to ensure safety compliance, audit readiness, and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent coordination skills across Operations, QA, Finance, Procurement, and external partners.
