About the role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Makati City. This hybrid position supports core HR functions such as payroll, invoicing, onboarding and daily operational tasks. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
- Prepare and manage invoicing for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth entry experience.
- Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks with a focus on organization and precision.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
