Operations Manager – Power BI & Automation (Makati)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, service delivery and data‑driven reporting for our Manila office. The role blends governance, project‑management and analytics responsibilities, supporting multi‑geography teams while leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions from scratch.
• Own end‑to‑end service delivery and governance processes across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate with multi‑geography teams to ensure seamless operations and timely reporting.
• Implement AI and automation tools within workflows to improve efficiency.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Power Automate environments.
• Provide regular operational and performance reports to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, PMO, service delivery or governance roles.
• Previous experience working in a large consulting firm.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Proven ability to work across multi‑geography teams and time zones.
• Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work the mid‑shift schedule (12 PM – 9 PM) and a hybrid setup (1 day onsite per week) in Makati City.
