Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the entire CT Service Operations for Atlas Copco Philippines, overseeing workshop activities, service contracts, and customer satisfaction to meet defined performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, supervise, and maintain discipline in workshop activities, ensuring housekeeping, equipment calibration, and vehicle cleanliness.
• Allocate daily technician assignments, execute service contracts, and manage the 24‑hour customer‑care system.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, maintain records, and report on service performance.
• Coordinate with Technical and Customer Support Managers to resolve disputes, evaluate feedback, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and prioritize tasks for the service team, provide tools and equipment, assess training needs, and manage staffing based on budget and goals.
• Implement quality procedures and follow directives from senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a technical, engineering or after‑market service environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications and systems.
• Strong background in technical service operations management.
