Operations Director – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a senior Operations Director to lead our Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) vertical. Based in Taguig, you will own the end‑to‑end client experience for US and Australian accounts, ensuring profitable, scalable delivery while driving organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain senior client relationships, acting as the primary executive contact for C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery across AR, AP, GL, reporting and audit functions, guaranteeing SLA compliance and high client satisfaction.
• Provide operational oversight for audit intake, billing, authorisations, payment posting, collections and customer support.
• Monitor work queues, dashboards and financial reports to identify risks, bottlenecks and escalation points.
• Partner with Audit, Billing, Coding, Collections, Finance, CRM and Customer Support teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead transition management for new client onboarding and scope expansions, including process mapping and technology integration.
• Identify recurring operational or AR issues and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance and accounting outsourcing operations, preferably managing large delivery teams (200+ headcount).
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage client P&L and support presales pursuits.
• Comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders and handling on‑the‑floor delivery challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving growth and operational excellence.
