About the role
Edge Tutor is looking for enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) tutors to teach children aged 4‑12 online. The position is fully remote, part‑time, and operates on a PM shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned English lessons to kids via the online platform.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials with full academic support from Edge Tutor.
- Maintain a high booking rate (target 90%) and track student progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and the support team regarding student performance.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with a clear speaking voice.
- Passion for teaching young learners and ability to keep lessons interactive.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for online instruction.

What we offer
- Hourly pay of ₱180‑₱200.
- Start‑up bonus of ₱5,000 plus performance bonuses up to ₱10,000.
