About the role

Edge Tutor is looking for enthusiastic online ESL tutors to teach children aged 5‑12. No prior ESL teaching experience is required; you will receive full academic support and a generous onboarding bonus.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging English lessons to kids via video‑conferencing platforms.
Prepare and adapt lesson materials according to the curriculum provided.
Maintain a high booking rate by being available for scheduled sessions.
Track student progress and provide feedback to parents when needed.

Required profile

Fluent English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
Motivation to help children improve their English proficiency.

Hourly pay of ₱180 – ₱200 with a guaranteed 5,000 PHP bonus for new tutors.
