Online English Tutor for Adults – Dayshift & Nightshift (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic native‑level English speakers to deliver online tutoring sessions to adult learners worldwide. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Philippines while covering both day‑shift and night‑shift schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one or small‑group English lessons via video conferencing platforms.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to adult learners’ needs.
• Maintain a high booking rate by being punctual and responsive to student inquiries.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to teach adult learners of various proficiency levels.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including dayshift and nightshift.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with video‑calling tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

• Hourly pay of ₱180–₱220.
