Onboarding Consultant

About the role

Cognizant is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to lead customer onboarding engagements from kickoff through successful deployment and adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding engagements, managing timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry standards, and third‑party integrations.
• Guide customers through build and testing phases, setting and managing expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks to accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Deliver presentations, enablement sessions, and written communications to customers.
• Track project history, document key deliverables, and report status using internal tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges and improve onboarding processes.
• Contribute insights to evolve the Rapid Onboarding Program.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Account Management, or Training.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Background in sales, implementation, or onboarding with customers.
• Familiarity with change management and quality assurance.
