Onboarding and Training Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding and Training Lead to design, implement, and manage end‑to‑end onboarding and learning programs for our growing operations in Taguig. You will partner with operations leaders to ensure new hires are fully prepared and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational onboarding and training strategy.
• Design onboarding frameworks, learning paths, and training materials, including guides, SOPs, and resources.
• Establish training standards, benchmarks, and scalable processes to support rapid growth.
• Manage all phases of new‑hire onboarding, from cohort sessions to role‑specific training.
• Monitor progress through coaching, feedback, assessments, and readiness checks.
• Identify skill gaps and deliver refresher, upskilling, and performance coaching.
• Collaborate with leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Track attendance, certifications, and key metrics; recommend improvements for effectiveness and retention.
• Support quality assurance, process improvement, knowledge management, and employee development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in training, operational onboarding, or learning & development within sales support, contact‑center, or similar environments.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proven track record in developing training programs, SOPs, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, startup‑style environments.
