Occupational Health Nurse and Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Health Nurse who will also manage front‑desk responsibilities. This hybrid role blends clinical nursing duties with administrative and receptionist functions to support employee health, safety, and daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic healthcare and occupational nursing services to employees.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of company health and safety programs.
• Maintain accurate medical and health‑related records.
• Handle front‑desk duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and routing inquiries.
• Offer administrative support to various departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid PRC nursing license.
• Minimum of two years experience as an occupational nurse.
• Background in occupational health and safety is preferred.
• Experience in administrative or receptionist functions is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage front‑desk operations professionally.
