Nursing QA Specialist – Medical Documentation Review

About the role

Join a leading healthcare review partner as a Nursing QA Specialist, supporting US‑based medical review operations from a non‑bedside, detail‑driven environment. You will apply your clinical expertise to ensure the accuracy and compliance of medical documentation for insurance, legal, and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update documentation across multiple systems and databases.
• Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
• Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports and records.
• Support audit preparation and related activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes.

Required profile

• Philippine Registered Nurse or Nursing graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in outsourcing work.
• Strong English communication skills, comfortable handling high volumes of calls and emails.
• Minimum 1 year of experience reviewing medical reports.
• Live medical transcription experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management, and task prioritisation.
