About the role
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a non‑voice account to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support via chat or email. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer written communication over phone calls while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Required profile
