NetSuite Consultant – Administrator/Developer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled NetSuite Consultant who can act as both Administrator and Developer. The role involves creating custom solutions, optimizing processes, and building integrations to support inventory, distribution, reporting, and AI‑driven automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x.
• Create Suitelets, RESTlets, User Event, Client, Map/Reduce, and Scheduled Scripts.
• Configure SuiteFlow workflows and automate business processes.
• Customize records, forms, fields, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
• Develop and support integrations (REST, SOAP, EDI, SFTP) with external systems such as Salesforce, Brandfolder, SPS Commerce, Ozlink, WMS and distribution platforms.
• Support inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
• Build operational, financial and executive dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports.
• Participate in AI and intelligent automation projects to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration and development experience.
• Strong proficiency with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, custom reporting and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience building custom NetSuite applications and workflows.
• Deep understanding of ERP processes: inventory, order, procurement, warehouse, distribution and finance.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with third‑party platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
