National HR Officer – Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a National Human Resources Officer to lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HR reporting and analytics. The role focuses on front‑end development while also covering data‑engineering tasks, ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable HR data products across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the deployment, enhancement and daily use of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence for global HR reporting.
• Develop front‑end dashboards and analytical outputs for HR stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Headquarters, GSSC, regional and country offices, and the Business Transformation unit to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Test, validate, troubleshoot and monitor reporting and analytics solutions to maintain data quality and service continuity.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to document business requirements and drive system enhancements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Computational Linguistics or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, ERP systems support or HR information systems, preferably in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics, Oracle Cloud ERP or comparable platforms.
• Proven ability to work with international, humanitarian or UN‑type organisations is an advantage.
