Multi‑Skilled Technician – Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance

About the role

CBRE is looking for a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join its facilities team in Tacloban, Leyte. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical and other building systems, ensuring reliable operation of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, diagnose issues and carry out repairs on building equipment.
• Assist with installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Review work orders, estimate required time and materials, and track completion using the company’s maintenance system.
• Support energy‑management initiatives by keeping systems operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations, reporting any violations.

Required profile

• High School diploma, GED or trade school qualification with 1‑2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb ladders and lift loads of 50 lb (or more).
• Basic communication skills for clear information exchange.
• Strong organizational mindset and ability to follow established procedures under supervision.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
