Multimedia Producer – Video & Photo Production

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Multimedia Producer to lead video and photo shoots for campaigns, talent projects, and events. You will be responsible for capturing high‑quality visuals that align with creative direction and brand standards, and delivering polished content for digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute on‑site and studio video/photo shoots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, composition and clean audio.
• Support run‑of‑show requirements such as timing, transitions and quick resets during shoots.
• Edit video and photo assets for social media and digital campaigns, adding subtitles, captions, basic color and audio enhancements.
• Create multiple platform‑specific versions (different aspect ratios, durations, thumbnails).
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools for transcription, captioning, translation, noise reduction, stabilization, object removal and rough‑cut acceleration.
• Maintain organized file structures, version control and timely delivery of final assets.

Required profile

• Experience working with brands, agencies or internal content teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to on‑site changes while preserving quality.
• Understanding of social‑media trends and performance metrics.
