Graphic Designer (Manila)

About the role

The Graphic Designer will develop visual communications and execute visual strategies for complex project requirements. You will create and deliver creative design concepts for internal and external presentations, campaigns, and collateral across print and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end graphic design production, including qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collaterals, and bid documents.
• Design executive presentations, infographics, event materials, brochures, interactive PDFs, video content, and other printed collaterals.
• Maintain and update the project and staff photography library, ensuring proper usage of royalty‑free and original images.
• Research and develop new ways to present the AECOM brand, creating templates and improving workflow processes.
• Assist the Team Lead with workload management, quality checks, and mentorship of junior designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a corporate, outsourcing or shared‑services environment within a graphic design function.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print, editorial or brochure design and a solid understanding of brand identity.
• Ability to work any shift schedule and to complete a creative assessment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere (preferred) for multimedia and animation work.
• Ability to create and edit materials in multiple languages (preferred).
