Multimedia Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to turn rough ideas, strategy decks and creative direction into polished, production‑ready assets. You will work within our brand system to support a wide range of marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, web, events and print.

Key responsibilities

• Transform concepts and strategy decks into on‑brand, launch‑ready visual assets.
• Produce and adapt creative assets quickly for paid media, email, social, presentations, websites, events and print.
• Maintain organized libraries, templates and working files to ensure efficient, scalable production.
• Package, QA and finalize files so they launch cleanly across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, client services and leadership to bring ideas to life.
• Support event and brand initiatives such as booth graphics, presentations and leave‑behind materials.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of design or production experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑moving environment.
• Low ego, high ownership and comfort working within an established brand system.
• Experience in a startup, agency or fast‑paced marketing team.

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• Basic motion, video or digital design skills
