Multimedia Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Multimedia Associate to join the Marketing team within Payreto’s Business Development organization. You will translate complex business concepts into compelling visual assets across print, digital, and video channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and layout marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email banners.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and proposing new visual concepts.
• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and other assets; resize and optimise them for web, print, and mobile.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows and sitemaps for UI/UX projects.
• Plan, shoot and edit videos and animations for campaigns and website content.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools, manage project files, and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to understand business topics and creative talent to visualise them.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously and adapting priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
