Lead Designer – Consumer Healthcare & Wellness Brands

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Designer who can think, design, and execute quickly across a growing portfolio of consumer healthcare and wellness brands. This hands‑on position blends strong visual taste with speed and the ability to turn ideas into finished creative without delay.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identity and visual systems for multiple brands.
• Design websites, landing pages, paid social ads, organic social content, and email/CRM creatives.
• Create concepts and key visuals for campaigns, product launches, packaging, and offline marketing materials.
• Direct photography and video production, and experiment with AI‑generated imagery.
• Rapidly prototype new brands, products, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with founders, product, growth, and engineering teams from brief to final execution.

Required profile

• Exceptional visual taste, speed, and execution ability.
• Hands‑on designer who can transform a brief into tangible output quickly.
• Comfortable working with both traditional design tools and AI creative tools.
• Ability to improve clarity, attractiveness, and effectiveness of any creative asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with traditional design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience using AI creative tools for ideation and rapid prototyping.
