Graphic Designer

About the role

Lyric, an AI‑first healthcare technology company, is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to create digital and print assets that support its brand and mission. You will translate business goals into compelling visuals across a wide range of channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print materials such as social graphics, email visuals, web graphics, conference assets, slide templates, one‑pagers, infographics, and more.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to Lyric’s logo, typography, color, tone, and accessibility standards.
• Manage incoming creative requests, using an organized intake process to set expectations, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify goals, target audiences, usage channels, and success criteria for each request.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on campaign assets, including paid and organic social, ad variations, landing page graphics, and email visuals.
• Support thought‑leadership initiatives with report layouts, webinar/event assets, executive social content, and brand storytelling graphics.
• Maintain and evolve design templates, modular systems, and brand asset libraries for efficiency and scalability.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while protecting brand quality and clarity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
