Mobile Developer – Flutter (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer to design, build, and launch a new cross‑platform mobile application for a US‑based tax and CRM workflow automation platform. This fully remote position is based in the Philippines and offers the chance to work with global engineering teams on enterprise‑grade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑performance, cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Integrate the app with existing REST and GraphQL APIs, handling dynamic workflows, document uploads, and complex business logic.
• Implement secure authentication and data protection using OAuth2, JWT, and secure local storage.
• Manage end‑to‑end deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including certificates, provisioning profiles, keystores, and compliance documentation.
• Resolve store review feedback and ensure successful production releases.
• Set up monitoring, crash reporting, and support processes with tools such as Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Deliver regular feature enhancements, performance improvements, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and US‑based stakeholders to align mobile architecture with API design.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building and publishing production mobile applications with Flutter.
• Hands‑on experience deploying apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong background integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with secure file workflows (camera capture, document upload, PDF viewing).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
