MIS & Planning Department Head

About the role

The MIS & Planning Department Head will design and maintain an information network system that supports management and all units within the SME Banking Group (SMEBG) to evaluate officer performance and drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee an effective planning process to identify forecasting trends, threats, and opportunities.
• Measure and assess the potential of market segments and set short‑ and long‑term marketing goals.
• Formulate marketing strategies and programs tailored to specific market segments.
• Evaluate sales performance across all Lending Centers and divisions within SMEBG.
• Ensure the MIS provides accurate, timely data for management and operational units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Commerce or Economics.
• 2‑4 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Strong planning capabilities and familiarity with bank products.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) within a banking environment.
