About the role
The Transaction Banking Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects from initiation through implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, manage scope, and ensure successful outcomes that align with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather detailed requirements, build consensus, and develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Manage business cases, critical success factors, and key requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee execution, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Handle changing requirements, resolve risks, issues, and challenges promptly.
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and facilitating meetings.
- Stay current with BSP policies, MORB regulations, and anti‑money‑laundering programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
- Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Experience using JIRA for task tracking and agile workflows.
