About the role
The consultancy provides specialized technical assistance for the evidence‑building and data‑management component of the project “Promoting Sustainable, Gender‑Inclusive Solutions for Migrants with Vulnerabilities in the Southern Philippines.” The consultant will develop gender‑responsive profiling, screening and monitoring tools and enhance the IOM dashboard.
Key responsibilities
- Validate and adapt migration profiling, screening and monitoring methodologies to be gender‑responsive and culturally appropriate.
- Strengthen the existing IOM dashboard by integrating new data sets from the tools and ensuring data quality.
- Build capacity of government counterparts, frontline workers, IM focal points and IOM staff to implement the tools.
Required profile
- Experience in migration data collection, analysis and evidence‑building in a humanitarian or development context.
- Familiarity with gender‑inclusive approaches and the migration corridor Sabah–Zamboanga–Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi‑Tawi.
