Mercedes-Benz Technician – All Levels

About the role

Mercedes-Benz of Hampton is seeking certified technicians to join a clean, safe, temperature‑controlled service environment. The position is open to all experience levels and offers the chance to work with a dedicated team focused on delivering top‑quality service in the Hampton Roads area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and conduct test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
