Medical Technology Undergraduate Faculty (Full‑time)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position at Philippine Women’s University in Manila involves teaching undergraduate courses in Medical Technology. The faculty member will design and deliver lectures, lead laboratory sessions, and create learning materials that meet program outcomes and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Medical Technology courses and facilitate lab sessions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures and develop curriculum‑aligned learning materials.
• Assess student performance, maintain accurate grade and attendance records, and provide academic advising.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and participate in departmental meetings and committees.
• Engage in research, scholarly activities, and community outreach when possible.
• Mentor students and support co‑curricular initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in medical technology or medical laboratory science.
• Master’s (or ongoing Master’s) degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a closely related field.
• Experience in higher‑education teaching, clinical practice, or laboratory supervision is an advantage.
• Commitment to student‑centered, inclusive education and ethical professional conduct.
• Willingness to participate in research and institutional development activities.
